My tumble dryer was 'squeeking' and Tony came out the day I reported it. :) It's an older Hotpoint machine and although it can't really be repaired, he was honest and genuine. Most importantly, Tony said it's safe to use and the noise is just the baring as it's worn. Busy on the lookout for a new machine now. Would def recommend UpFix to friends.
