Can only comment on the first visit. Was good on diagnosis but after that not good. The required part I was told couldn’t come until 4-7 days. Why?? Change suppliers then! No call when the part came in. I had to chase. Could not get the engineer booked in until he checked the part. Then was told he was on annual leave! So no call to say that from the company. Had to ask for a refund to buy a new machine as totally let down in numerous ways by this. If you want your machine mended quickly I would not use this company.

Such great service. Got in touch late afternoon and the engineer came the next morning. Came at the right time and fixed cooker within 45 mins. Explained what was wrong. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent customer service. Rung upfix Friday call out was booked in first thing Monday morning. We had an engineer named Lucio attend and he had our oven running back to normal within half hour. Very friendly and efficient. I Will be recommending upfix to all my friends.

Managed to get someone round within 24 hours of my call. Engineer came the next day to fix my dishwasher. All sorted within an hour. Reasonable price too. Very knowledgeable and helpful engineer. Would highly recommend and definitely use again.

My tumble dryer was 'squeeking' and Tony came out the day I reported it. :) It's an older Hotpoint machine and although it can't really be repaired, he was honest and genuine. Most importantly, Tony said it's safe to use and the noise is just the baring as it's worn. Busy on the lookout for a new machine now. Would def recommend UpFix to friends.

For months our washing machine had been very smelly and breaking down . Although I had tried to clean the washing machine with different products on a wash nothing was working . We had an urgent request for an oven repair that was required same day. Upfix called within the hour and told me they could get an engineer out. Within 2 hours the oven was fixed.
