A Clear and Simple Pricing Policy
Our Diagnostic and appliance repair labour charge is £69. Yes, you did read that right £69. Amazing right? Just to make it clear what the £69 appliance repair cost includes because it can seem too good to be true!
It includes everything, coming to your home and diagnosing the problem, finding the fastest most economical solution including shopping around for parts both for quality and price if needed and all the labour costs involved to make the repair once we have sourced the replacement part.
Once we have discussed the part price with you, we will agree the best day for you for engineer to return to fit the part and test your appliance. The only additional cost is the replacement part everything else is covered in the initial £69 you paid to make the first appointment!
No quibble guarantee
We also guarantee all our work and the parts we replace for a full 6 months; it is a no quibble guarantee. We will return and repair the fault if the part fails within 6 months for no additional charge.
The only exception to the £69 diagnose and repair labour charge is for some integrated appliance repairs and that is based on if it is safe for one engineer to gain access to the built in appliance or if they will need assistance from another engineer on the day.
