Job Title: Sales Accounts Executive
Location: Remote with UK-wide partner visits and occasional visits to Head Office in Brighton

Responsibilities:
1. Account Management:
• Manage and develop relationships with existing partners.
• Act as the main point of contact for partners, addressing their inquiries and needs promptly.
• Monitor partner satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
2. Business Development:
• Identify and prospect new business opportunities and partners.
• Conduct market research to identify potential areas for growth.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team to create strategies for expanding the partner base.
3. Sales Growth:
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
• Develop and execute sales plans to increase partner engagement and revenue.
• Create and deliver compelling sales presentations.
4. Partner Visits:
• Travel throughout the UK to visit partners, providing support and fostering strong relationships.
• Gather insights and feedback during partner visits to enhance our services.
5. Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and partner interactions.
• Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager regarding sales performance and market trends.
6. Collaboration:
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing and Operations, to ensure partner needs are met.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to strategic discussions.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in a B2B context.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel extensively throughout the UK.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license.
